Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY — MAKIBOOM S.L.U.

1. Delivery Areas Makiboom S.L.U. ships industrial machinery (aerial work platforms, mini excavators, and similar equipment) to Spain, European Union countries, and selected international destinations.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Spain: base rate €350 (subject to confirmation based on dimensions and weight)
  • European Union: base rate €500 (subject to confirmation based on destination and machinery type)
  • International: base rate €1,000 (subject to confirmation)

The final shipping cost is confirmed in writing before order acceptance.

3. Delivery Times

  • Spain: 3–7 business days from order confirmation
  • European Union: 7–15 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days

Makiboom is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, customs delays, etc.).

4. Preparation and Loading All machinery is technically inspected before shipment. Loading and securing of equipment is carried out at our warehouse in Chinchilla de Monte Aragón (Albacete). The customer is responsible for having adequate unloading equipment available at the destination (crane, forklift, etc.).

5. Delivery Inspection The machinery must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the carrier. Any visible damage or discrepancy with the order must be noted on the delivery document and reported to Makiboom within 24 hours at info@makiboom.com.

6. Shipping Insurance Makiboom arranges basic shipping insurance for all shipments. For additional coverage, the customer must request it before order confirmation.

7. Customs and Taxes (non-EU shipments) For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Makiboom will provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.

8. Shipment Tracking Once the shipment is confirmed, Makiboom will provide the carrier's details and, when available, the tracking number.
