REFUND POLICY — MAKIBOOM S.L.U.

1. Return Period The return policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of the machinery. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return For a machine (aerial work platform, mini excavator, or similar equipment) to be eligible for return, it must:

  • Be in the same technical and aesthetic condition as when delivered
  • Show no damage, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Have an hour meter reading showing no excessive use beyond verification tests (as agreed per contract)
  • Include all technical documentation, CE certifications, and original manuals

3. Return Process Returns must be initiated by contacting info@makiboom.com. Shipping, loading, and logistics costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a hidden factory defect. The machinery must be sent to: Calle de la Habana 2, Nave 23, 02520 Chinchilla de Monte Aragón, Albacete, Spain.

4. Damage and Technical Issues It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the machinery upon delivery. Any transport damage or discrepancies with the ordered model must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately to info@makiboom.com.

5. Excluded Items Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or special-order machinery built to customer specifications
  • Installed electrical or hydraulic spare parts
  • Machinery sold "as is" under auction or lot liquidation conditions

6. Refunds Once the machine is received and verified by our technicians, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 10 to 15 business days if approved.

7. Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Makiboom S.L.U. voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the machinery. This right of withdrawal does not apply to machinery manufactured according to the customer's custom specifications, or to equipment that, by its nature, cannot be returned.
